"Can't Even Score an Appointment with Them..."
For months, we've been on the hunt for Shengen visa appointments from the UK, but it's been a total bust. We managed to find slots twice, but both times, we lost them while trying to make the payment. Their system is seriously messed up. We've shot them emails but got no replies, and calling their premium number has just drained our wallets without ever getting to talk to a real person. We even tried reaching out on social media, but all we got back were the same old automated replies. It's like nobody cares to respond to us at all. Makes you wonder how countries can trust this company with their visa processes when they can't even keep up with appointments or communicate with customers.

"I’d give zero stars if I could. Totally pointless."
I’d give zero stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. What a complete farce!! Not to mention it feels super unsafe. After we submitted our residency permit application, we had to leave my partner's passport and birth certificate behind. We were assured (and paid for) that it would be sent to us via courier since we don’t live in London. Two weeks later, we received an email saying it was ready for pickup?? So I called and had to repeat myself three times before they finally got that we needed it sent to us. Turns out it had been sent, but they sent the wrong email. I didn’t get a tracking number, but they said it was on our receipt. It’s not there. Now we’re left with crucial documents and a PASSPORT being sent to us, and we have no idea when it’ll show up so we can be home to get it. What?? Plus, if you think emailing them with questions is a good idea - don’t bother. They clearly don’t read the emails before responding, as I’ve asked the same simple question four times and got answers to totally different questions every single time. Completely pointless. Oh, and funny enough, the feedback link they send out leads to a 404 error. Same goes for the application login page to check your status.

"Awesome support - really helpful"
I visited the VFS office in London for my kid's OCI, and I was really impressed by the excellent customer service I got from two staff members - Shruthika and Pragash Ram. They truly went the extra mile to help me with the OCI application process. Shruthika could've easily turned down my application since I followed the HCIL document checklist, but she noticed a mismatch between the HCIL and VFS checklists and let me fix it, accepting my application in the end. Pragash was also a big help; he assisted me in getting my child's photo edited and printed to meet the necessary requirements, and he guided me through uploading and scanning the right documents. I'm really happy with the service at the VFS office on Goswell Street in London. Big thanks to the whole team at VFS!

"Vfs Portugal is a total scam!"
Vfs Portugal is obviously selling appointments to other agencies. These folks then charge nearly eight times more for a tourist visa! It's just shameful! I've been trying for months to secure an appointment online, and when I finally reach the payment stage, the page starts acting up. A message pops up saying the appointment has been taken, and I have to try again or go to a different center (something like that!).

This situation really needs some serious investigation! It's appalling! Such a waste of time and energy! Super stressful.

"Total letdown: as clueless as a rock"
This was the worst experience I've ever had! The staff were totally unhelpful—pretty much worthless. Seriously, don’t even think about applying... a bunch of fools. I submitted my visa application two months ahead of my student exchange, and they assured me the process would be sped up due to the late arrival of my university acceptance and the start date of the exchange. Just two weeks before classes kicked off, I still hadn’t heard anything... I made countless calls to VFS for assistance, but it was a total waste of time; they basically said there was nothing they could do! I had to get a temporary passport just to start my semester on time! Finally got my visa halfway through my exchange. Well done, VFS.

VFS Global (Dubai) provides top-notch services at Wafi Mall, sticking to the appointment schedule perfectly. The staff is super polite and communicates well, making the whole process smooth. They were very straightforward while collecting all the necessary documents during verification.

All in all, a fantastic experience with VFS Global (Dubai)!

"A REAL TEST OF PATIENCE"
Dealing with VFS was quite the ordeal. It felt like a real challenge for our patience. The staff seemed to have no sense of urgency and were moving at a snail's pace. Processing our application took more than 2 hours and 30 minutes. It looks like the employees are not properly trained and lack time management skills. Oddly enough, at least four staff members were just sitting around at the counters. There was only one junior staff member trying to help with sorting the documents. I had to remind them about ten times to pick up the pace, but there was no sign of any progress. Just bizarre!

"Awesome time at VFS"
I had an awesome time at VFS. Venkatlakshmi was incredibly helpful. She showed a lot of patience and took care of my case with great attention. I found out that VFS SFO offers some walk-in slots on a priority basis. You gotta shoot them an email for that. If I had known earlier, it would’ve saved me a bit of travel stress.

"Helpful staff but website needs work"
The team was super helpful and really understanding. The one issue I noticed is that the VFS website doesn’t provide a clear list of required documents, so I had to scramble at the last minute to gather some papers. Plus, the printing fees at the VFS center are pretty steep.

"Letdown in Edinburgh"
VFS Global is meant to act as a go-between for folks and Consulates. However, what’s going on there is just unbelievable. It starts with their outdated list of required documents on the website, then you walk into a cramped, hot visa center, and it all hits the fan when your trip is just around the corner and your passport is still missing. My hold-up was due to a blunder—someone simply forgot to forward my application and supporting papers from the Edinburgh visa center to the London Consulate, wasting two whole months. They told me the processing time was supposed to be 40 days, but here I am, over 50 working days later, and still nothing. For two weeks, I’ve been reaching out for help and updates on my visa status, but customer service keeps sending me those generic replies that feel like they’re just automated. The most aggravating part is that VFS Global won’t take responsibility for any of this, and without proper checks on their service quality, it’s just gonna keep getting messier.
